Kairos School of Leadership
Kairos School of Leadership is a vibrant, hands-on, competency-based, yet practical training system to develop leaders within a local church. It is for Kingdom minded leaders embedded in ministry or the marketplace.
Our Mission
Mission Statement: to provide practical, usable training and education to produce quality leaders who will fulfill the Great Commission.
Who is it for?
Any believer who wants to be more educated, trained, and practically equipped with the tools to go do what God asks them, wherever it may be.
Why is it needed?
KSOL provides a system for any church to equip and train its leaders in a competency based education and training model. Most churches do not have a system to practically train their leaders. Foundations are missing.
What makes us different?
From a practical perspective, Kairos provides a missing link to church and marketplace leadership. However, much of what makes us different is in our delivery.
Global and Connected: At KSOL content and learning activities are blended and take place both online and in-person and often at the same time. Students in KSOL can live anywhere in the world and receive the same interactive, engaged learning as someone attending the school in-person. Much of the curriculum is online and both virtual participants and face-to-face learners reflect, discuss, collaborate, create ideas and artifacts collaboratively. KSOL students are immersed in global and connected learning environments, teaching them how to leverage technology to reach the world for Christ.
Our Coaches: Discipleship and mentoring are an important part of leadership development. At KSOL each student is assigned a personal leadership coach who helps them find their way online, encourages them to think through course concepts, offers the opportunity to pray together, and more.
